Team Alaska Tier 1 Program Director

Team Alaska hockey is looking for the right leader to advance our state’s Tier 1 program.

This is a full-time 1099 position for an individual candidate or two part-time 1099 positions for candidates applying together.

Responsibilities include:

Coaching Recruitment and Support
Player Development and Placement
Program Logistics (ice allocation, financial reporting, group events, tryouts) Fundraising and Sponsorship
League Affiliation and Scheduling
Program Branding

Requirements:

Anchorage, Alaska

Tier 1 Girls 14U, 16U, 19U
Tier 1 Boys 14U, 15O, 16U, 18U, and possibly 13O https://www.aktier1hockey.com/

USA Hockey Level 3+ Coaching certification
Strong Hockey Background (Tier 1 or high level playing/coaching experience preferred) Abundant enthusiasm and ability to build and direct project support teams Communication, organization, and hockey networking skills
